Freak Invasion was an assignment where individually we had to reimagine an Atari game into something new. This was the project that taught me how to code in Unity using C#. Recrteating an Atari game was a fun challenge, I decided to make a game based on Space Invaders.
The theme of the game is about an evil scientist who was secretly using humans to create an army to take over the world. When the human mutations fought back, she needed to find a way to get through her army on her own.
I drew everything in this game in a pixel art style to stay within the classic Atari style.
